Roy Keane appointed as a Ipswich Manager

Roy Keane an ex-Manchester United captain and a Former Sunderland coach has been appointed as a new Ipswich Manager. The 37-year old Roy Keane as signed a two-year contract for Ipswich Manager. Roy Keane as appointed for Ipswich following the dismissal of Jim Magilton.

Roy Keane as resigned his coaching job from Sunderland in December and he has been out of action since he resigned from coaching job. Roy Keane has been appointed to Sunderland boss in August 2006 and he guide them to the Championship title in that season.

Roy Keane appointment as Ipswich Manager after sacking a their former coach Jim Magilton who failed to guide Ipswich to the Championship play-off places. Jim Magilton took coaching job from Joe Royle in 2006. The Ipswich owner Marcus Evans was impressed by Roy Keane coaching job in Sunderland so they he appointed him as Ipswich new coach for this season.
