Andy Murray become the first British singles semi-finalist since Tim Henman in 2002 after defeating Juan Carlos Ferrero in one hour 43 minutes. The third seed Andy Murray is trying to become the first British man to win the Wimbledon title since Fred Perry in 1936, and the first Scot ever to win a Grand Slam singles title. Murray had a much easier time than in Monday’s late-night fourth-round win.
