David Beckham fined by Major League Soccer (MLS) Over Fans incident

David Beckham has been fined by Major League Soccer(MLS) over fans incident. Beckham has been fined $1,000 (£600) following his confrontation with a fan during a friendly match against AC Milan. David Beckham has missed part of the MLS Season due to his contract with AC Milan. So during the match between LA Galaxy and AC Milan at the half time he approached one group of fans and appeared to challenge them to meet him on the pitch.

Beckham has insisted he is staying with the LA Galaxy despite the hostile response from some supporters. The former England football captain has joined AC Milan an a loan during MLS season and he was keen to satisfy England boss Fabio Capello’s demand that he play at the highest level to remain in contention for international selection.
