Arunachal Pradesh Assembly Election 2009 Result, Winners | Assembly Polls 2009 Result

Arunachal Pradesh Assembly election 2009 which was held on October 13, will be announcing the result on Thursday, October 22. Arunachal Pradesh Assembly polls to elect 60-member Legislative assembly and the counting of the votes will begin as early as 8am(IST). The ruling party Congress is hoping to retain the power in spite of anti-incumbency and it has fielded candidates in all 60 seats.

The Central alliance of Congrees Party, NCP has fielded 30 contestants where as Trinamool Congress has fielded only 28 candidates. BJP is also hoping to regain the power in Arunachal Pradesh with gaining a hold in the northeast would help the party to beat the threats from regional players too.
