Del Potro defeated Fernando Verdasco by 6-4 3-6 7-6 (7-1)

Del Potro defeated Fernando Verdasco in ATP World Tour Finals by 6-4 3-6 7-6 (7-1) on Tuesday November 24 at O2 Arena. Del Potro who had lost the first match against Andy Murray had came back well in the 2nd match on Tuesday by defeating Fernando Verdasco from Spain. Del Potro, the 4th seed from Argentina will have to beat Roger Federer on Thursday in his final match of the round-robin phase to advance to the semifinals.

Fernando Verdasco has lost the two matches and now he will face Murray, he had won the 2nd set against Del Potro but Del Potro’s serve proved the difference and he won the tiebreak convincingly. Verdasco needs to win against Andy Murray and also other matches.
