Robin Soderling defeated Novak Djokovic by 7-6 (7-5), 6-1 in ATP World Tour Finals on Wednesday November 25 in London. Robin Soderling moved into Semi-Finals of ATP World tour after defeating Novak Djokovic. The Swede will face Nikolay Davydenko in his final match on Friday, while Djokovic takes on Rafael Nadal. Novak Djokovic was one of the favorites for ATP world Tour title 2009 after a run of 17 wins in 18 matches.

The world no.3 Novak Djokovic had a good chance of defeating Robin Soderling after saving three set points but Soderling came back well with his outstanding service to defeat Djokovic.  Djokovic spent the changeover muttering to himself, and he could not lift himself in the second set.
