India wins the 3rd ODI match against Bangladesh by six wickets in Idea Tri-nation series on Thursday January 07 at Mirpur. India came back well in the Tri-series after loosing the first match against Sri Lanka and they got their first points in the table after defeating Bangladesh. India is now at 2nd position with four points while Bangladesh have dropped to 3rd position with no points after loosing both the matches.

Bangladesh which had won the toss elected to bat first and they scored a huge total of 296 runs against India. Tamim Iqbal(60) and Imrul Kayes(70) provided the good start for Bangladesh and Mahmudullah finished the innings by scoring 60 runs in just 45 balls. Indian bowling was not good, Yuvraj Singh was pick of the bowler who took one wicket by providing 36 runs in 10 overs.

India lost three early wickets for just 51 runs, but the brilliant partnership between skipper Dhoni(101*) and Kohli(91) helped India to defeat Bangladesh in the 3rd ODI at Mirpur. Dhoni led from the front by scoring unbeaten century from 107 balls and also he was well supported by Raina(51) at the end.
