India wins the 6th ODI match of Idea Tri-Nations series against Bangladesh by six wickets on Monday January 11, 2010 at Mirpur. India got thier 3rd straight win the tri-nation series after defeating Bangladesh in the sixth ODI. Now the final match of Idea Tri-Nation series will beplayed between India and Sri Lanka. Bangladesh finished the series without a win in their home ground. India now tops the table with 13 points in the tri-series.

India which had won the toss elected to field first and they restricted Bangladesh to 247 runs. Brilliant batting from skipper Shakib Al Hasan(85) and Mahmudullah(64) helped Bangladesh to score 247 runs in 50 overs. Ahish Nehra was the pick of the bowler for India who took 2 wickets. In reply Karthik(34) and Gambhir(41) provided the good start for India. But it was brilliant batting from young Kohli who scored unbeaten century helped India to defeat Bangladesh by six wickets.
