Nikolay Davydenko defeated Rafael Nadal in Qatar Final Open by 0-6 7-6 (10-8) 6-4 on Saturday January 09, 2010. Davydenko, No. 3 seed from Russia came back well to defeat Nadal, No. 2 seed from Spain. Dvydenko has defeated Federer in the Semi-Finals and now he defeated Nadal to lift the Qatar cup on Saturday. Nadal has won the first set by 0-6 but Davydenko fought back to level the match in a thrilling second set tie-break and maintained his form to take the third set and with it the title.
