England 273 (Prior 76, Morkel 5-75) and 296 for 9 (Bell 78, Collingwood 40) drew with South Africa 291 (Kallis 108, Anderson 5-63) and 447 for 7 declared (Smith 180, Amla 95)

South Africa have drew their 3rd Test match against England on Day 5 at Cape Town. South Africa which came so near for 3rd Test win but yet so far to defeat England on Thursday. The last wicket pair Graham Onions(0*) and Swann(10*) helped England to save the third test from the defeat and keeping the lead to 1-0 in the four match Test Series. All credit goes to Onions who survived by facing 11 balls and Ian Bell(78) who produced the innings of his life.

South Africa had better chance of winning the third test against England and leveling the series with 1-1 after taking the five wickets in 64 balls on Day 3. But after Graeme Swann had seen off six balls of Dale Steyn, number 11 Graham Onions heroically did the same to the final over, bowled by Morne Morkel. Bell’s contribution was every bit as impressive as Collingwood‘s, even if he was not quite able to see England across the finishing line.
