Australia wins the only Twenty20 match against Pakistan by 2 runs on Friday, February 05, 2010 at Melbourne. It was a thrilling win for Australia in T20 against Pakistan to complete clean-sweep in the series. So Australia made it nine wins out of nine matches in all format of Pakistan tour. Pakistan could not able to win any matches against Australia and it was a bad series for Pakistan.

Australia which had won the toss elected to bat first and they set a target of 128 runs for Pakistan to win the T20 match at Melbourne. David Hussey scored unbeaten 40 runs in 31 balls and he was supported by skipper Clarke who scored 32 runs to help Aussie to score 127 runs. In reply Pakistan was able to score 125 runs in 20 overs, Kamran Akmal batted well by scoring 64 runs and Tait bowled the fastest ball ever recorded in Australia and grabbed 3 for 13 including the key wicket of Kamran Akmal.
