Rohit Sharma batted well for India by scoring 69 runs and he was supported by skipper Dhoni who scored 41 runs. Farveez Maharoof’s hat-trick, during a period of play when four wickets fell for no runs, destroyed the middle order’s rebuild and practically finished the dress rehearsal for the final in Sri Lanka’s favour.
