England wins the 3rd ODI match against Bangladesh by 45 runs on Friday, March 05, 2010 at Chittangong. England wins the series against Bangladesh by 3-0 after winning the 3rd ODI match. Craig Kieswetter’s who scored maiden ODI century in the 3rd ODI helped England to defeat Bangladesh by 45 runs and a 3-0 series whitewash in Bangladesh. Craig Kieswetter, The South African-born opener scored 107 runs from 124 balls.

Eoin Morgan (36) and Luke Wright (32 not out) helped England reach 284-5 in the 3rd ODI against Bangladesh. In reply Bangladesh was able to score 239 runs by loosing 9 wickets. Seamer Tim Bresnan (4-28) led England’s attack superbly as the Tigers lost the 3rd odi match at Chittagong. England remain the only Test opponents yet to be conquered by the Tigers in one-day internationals.

India wins the 1st Test against Bangladesh by 113 runs on Day. India leads the series by 1-0 after defeating Bangladesh in the 1st Test. Mushfiqur Rahim batted well by scoring 101 runs for Bangladesh in the 2nd innings and he was supported by Tamim Iqbal who scored 52 runs to reach the score 301 runs in the 2nd innings.

Amith Mishra bowled well for India by taking four wickets and he was supported by Ishant Sharma who took three wickets. The hosts were reduced to 136-5 at lunch after Virender Sehwag dismissed Iqbal and Sharma claimed the wickets of Ashraful (27) and Hasan (13).

Gambhir scored 116 runs in the 2nd innings of the 1st Test. while Amit Mishra hit fifty on debut and VVS Laxman an undefeated 69 as India declared their second innings closed on 413-8. India have started their 2nd innings on Day 3 with one run lead and they finished the day 3 by scoring 122 runs for the loss of one wicket and having lead of 123 runs. Gambhir batted well by scoring 47 runs and he was supported by Sehwag who got out after scoring 45 runs.

Mahmudullah batted well for Bangladesh by scoring 69 runs in the 1st innings but that was not enough to take lead against India on the third day at Chittagong. Zaheer bowled well for India by taking three wickets and he was supported by Amit Mishra who also took three wickets. Tendulkar scored his 44th century in Test Cricket who resumed on 76 in Day 2 of 1st Test against Bangladesh. Shahadat Hossain and Shakib Al Hasan took five wickets each for Bangladesh.

Bangladesh have started their 1st innings on Day 2 and they finished thee 2nd day by scoring 59 runs for the loss of three wickets. And they are still 184 runs behind the total made by India in the 1st innings, Zaheer Khan took the two wickets of Bangladesh.  Bangladesh’s collapse, like India’s, started in the 15th over. India lost three wickets for six runs, Bangladesh lost three for five.
