New Zealand wins the 2nd ODI match against Bangladesh by five wickets on Monday, February 08, 2010 at Dunedin. New Zealand won the 3 match ODI series against Bangladesh by 2-0 with still one match to go. New Zealand which had won the toss elected to field first and they restricted Bangladesh for 183 runs. Butler bowled well for New Zealand by taking three wickets and Mushfiqur Rahim batted well for Bangladesh by scoring 86 runs.

In reply New Zealand reached the target in 28th over by loosing just five wickets. Ross Taylor batted well for New Zealand by scoring 78 runs and he was supported by Guptil who scored 32 runs. Shafiul Islam bowled well for Bangladesh by taking three wickets but that was not enough to steal victory from New Zealand.
